COVID-19 Information
Due to the current pandemic, we are taking extra safety precautions in order to safely operate while providing much needed outdoor recreation to our community. Below are our guidelines set forth to be adjusted concurrent with State, County, City, and Park recommendations:
1. Contactless Operations: We’ve set up everything online so that all business can be completed through our online portal.
2. Reservation Management: Reservation time slots are increased to further stagger customer arrival and create distancing.
3. Group Management and Distancing: We encourage larger groups to split up in half when checking in and checking out to avoid crowding. This includes limiting our lesson and yoga programs and increasing availability of private lessons.
4. Contamination Prevention: Sanitizer, face masks, and gloves will be available for all employees during operation. Sanitizer will also be provided for patron use and masks are available upon request. Customers to follow current mask requirements at given time, practice six foot distancing, and to follow regulatory postings placed at business. All equipment will be sanitized by staff throughout the day. Sanitization methods include: biodegradable and all natural sanitizer mist with 99.9% efficacy, natural sunlight, outdoor environment, staggered use of equipment, placement and stacking methods, sanitizer wipes, sanitizer bottles, and day end equipment deep clean. All measures in place account for a non contaminating approach for the surrounding water and environment.
5. Feeling Ill: Please refrain from participation if you have a fever or are experiencing flu like symptoms. Any employee experiencing these symptoms will follow established CDC guidelines.
